We have just got back from the CLA Game Fair and were completely gobsmacked by the number of couples who came to say hello to us who had met on Muddy Matches. On the Friday and Saturday alone, about 65 couples came up to the stand to say that they had got married or engaged after meeting on the site, and some of them had even since had children!
When we got the chance we tried to get a photo of the less camera-shy couples and thought we would take this opportunity to share some of them with you….

“Dear Emma and Lucy,
Just thought that you might have been interested to know that myself and Pam got married on the 30th December 18 months after we met online with your website. We fell in love from day one which until then I thought was not possible, within 2 months of meeting we were engaged to be married. It has been quite difficult as I work in Saudi Arabia so I am only back every 6 weeks for 2-3 weeks which we both found difficult. I am however coming back in May to work in the UK and also try and develop our photography company further that we set up together, www.ppstudios.co.uk .
Our wedding day was just amazing and despite a cold spell before hand, our wedding day was mild, quite sunny and everyone that came really enjoyed the day, we had 161 people at the wedding and 275 at the night reception from famers to jockey’s and trainers.
Myself and Pam are not only Husband and wife but most of all best of friends as well and we cannot thank you enough for setting up your website and getting us together. I have included some photos of our day as I know you will probably be interested in taking a look. I have recommended your website to many friends and a couple of them have now found love also.

I’m not sure if you may have already heard through the cambridgshire grapevine of Dan, Charles, Tom and the others but back in February I asked Sophie to marry me and she indeed accepted! We have a date set for June 2011 and are now doing all the nessacary organising that comes with getting married, INCLUDING as of last week buying our first house together!! We could not be happier at all and are looking forward to the rest of our lives together. Sophie has changed her job to be nearer to the Farm (and me I reckon) and is enjoying it thouroughly.
