Could you be East of England Businesswoman of the Year 2009?
The Businesswoman of the Year Award aims to recognise those women who work in the region as a director, partner or senior manager in a substantial private or public sector or not-for-profit organisation, and who can demonstrate significant influence on its direction and success.
- For women who are directors, partners or senior employees in a company,
professional practice, the public sector or a not-for-profit
organisation with turnover in excess of £1million.
The Businesswoman Entrepreneur of the Year Award is to recognise women who have set up their own business in the region and achieved appreciable growth with clear further potential.
- Open for women who have developed their own business with turnover of
£500,000 upwards. Demonstrable entrepreneurial spirit is as important
as the current size of the business.
The Young Businesswoman of the Year Award is for young women who have displayed enterprise and commerciality in starting a business in the region.
- For women who will be under 30 years of age on 31 December 2009 and who are now running their own business, whether established or recently launched.
