The Round the Island Race is one of the highlights of the British yachting calendar; an exhilarating and challenging race that is a definite entry onto most people's bucket lists. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity…read on to find out more!
How It Works
Starting from Hamble, near Southampton, there will be a day's training on the Friday and a chance to get to know your fellow crew members, followed by the race itself on the Saturday. Saturday night will be spent joining in the post-race festivities, followed by a leisurely sail back to Hamble on the Sunday.
Tickets cost £515 (or £475 for a galley berth) and include everything except dinner on the Saturday night and drinks ashore. Click here for more information and bookings.
Who Can Take Part?
Anyone – this will be an unforgettable experience for experienced sailors and complete beginners alike. You do not need any sailing experience to come along as you will be given the necessary training the day before the race and our qualified skipper will be on hand to make sure that everyone sails safely and has fun.

We've had a fantastic response to our email about the Round the Island Race and 'Team Muddy' is now officially complete! The Round the Island Race (taking place in Cowes,
Isle of Wight on Saturday 19th June) is the largest yacht race of
its kind in the world so we are sure it will be a fantastic experience for all those taking part. A big thanks to our friends at Splash Clothing who are sponsoring the team tops this year.
