You may have noticed a single question popping up on the Muddy Matches homepage recently and wondered what it was all about. Over the next few weeks we will be asking a couple of questions each week and all will be revealed in good time!
Stay tuned to the Muddy Matches news page to find out the results and why we’re asking you these questions.
If you’ve got a question that you’d like to ask other members about Valentine’s Day, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you usually access Muddy Matches on the go, you’ll be pleased to know that we are going mobile! You should have always been able to access the website via your phone’s browser; however we have been working on dedicated Apps to make it even easier for you to access your account while you are out and about.
We are pleased to announce that our first App, which is available for iPhone and iPod Touch users, is now available to download.
We are just adding the final touches to our Android App and expect this to be available in the next couple of weeks. We also hope to have the iPad version ready next year.
How to download the iPhone/ iPod Touch App
Just head to the App Store and search for ‘Muddy Matches’ to find our new iPhone/ iPod Touch App or click here to link to the App. Please note that you will need to have a minimum of IOS 4.3 installed to be able to download the App. You can check what software you have by clicking on the ‘Settings’ icon, then clicking on ‘General’ and finally by clicking on ‘Software Update’ on your device. It’s our first App, so we’d love to hear your feedback and make any changes to improve the App. There will be updates based on your feedback in the coming months, so keep your eye out for them.
About the App
The new App is laid out in a user-friendly way so that everything that you need is in one place.
On the Dashboard of the App, you will be able to see how many messages you have, how many people have added you to their favourites and how many visits your profile has had since you last signed in to the App. Just touch the icons on the Dashboard (image below) to be taken to each section of the App.
The messaging function on the new App is designed for ease of use too and is laid out in the style of a text message conversation, allowing you to see previous messages at a glance (see image below). You can also click through directly from the message screen to view a person’s profile.
The best thing about the new App is that you can upload photos straight from your phone’s photo gallery and submit them for approval. You’ll be told if your photo has been approved and it’s easy to delete any photos if you change your mind.
The new search function, allows you to view the basic search functions and more advance search functions, with more clarity than the mobile website. For example, you can search by gender, age and region.
Currently the App is only available to registered members. Join Muddy Matches today by clicking here.
We hope you enjoy using the App!
