New Premium Subscription Option

Due to popular demand, we have recently added a new subscription option so that there are now two to choose from:

Standard Subscription

Our Standard Subscription is the original subscription option, which allows you to:

• send messages to other members
• read and respond to messages sent to you

The prices for our Standard Subscription remain unchanged and are as follows:

1 Month – £18.00 – 30 days
3 Months – £36.00 (£12.00 per month) – 90 days – billed as one single payment
6 Months – £54.00 (£9.00 per month) – 180 days – billed as one single payment
12 Months – £72.00 (£6.00 per month) – 360 days – billed as one single payment

Premium Subscription

With our Premium Subscription, you will have the same benefits of our Standard Subscription but it also guarantees that whoever you choose to write to can open and reply to your messages for FREE for the duration of your Premium Subscription.

The prices for our Premium Subscription are:

1 Month – £25.20 – 30 days
3 Months – £50.40 (£16.80 per month) – 90 days – billed as one single payment
6 Months – £75.60 (£12.60 per month) – 180 days – billed as one single payment
12 Months – £100.80 (£8.40 per month) – 360 days – billed as one single payment

You may upgrade your subscription to Premium at the same time as you purchase a Standard Subscription, as per the prices above, or you may wish to upgrade to Premium partway through a Standard Subscription period, which you can do from ‘My Home’, ‘My Account’ or after sending somebody a message.  In the case that you upgrade to Premium partway through a Standard Subscription, the fee is calculated on a pro rata basis, depending on how many days’ Standard Subscription you have remaining.

When a Premium Subscriber sends a message, the recipient will be sent an email to alert them to the fact that they have received a message.  If that recipient is a Free Member, the email will clearly tell them that they may open and reply to the message for free until a given date (the date on which the sender’s Premium Subscription expires); it will also appear in their Muddy Matches Inbox with the subject line ‘READ & REPLY FOR FREE’, followed by the subject chosen by the sender.
