Muddy Matches Limited

These terms and conditions apply to your entry into the Muddy AfFair Dating Show (the "Show"). Please read these terms and conditions and ensure that you have understood them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not apply to enter the Show.

1. Show Entry

1.1 You may not submit details of another person without their permission.

1.2 Applicants to the Muddy AfFair Dating Show ("Applicants") must be 18 years old or over and residents of the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

1.3 Applicants must be single.

1.4 The Show will be held in the Game Fair Theatre at the CLA Game Fair (Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire) on Saturday 26th July 2008 at 5.00 pm.

1.5 Applicants must be free from 12.00pm on Saturday 26th July 2008 and able to make their own way to the event.

1.6 In case they win, Applicants must also be available to go for dinner and stay the night in a nearby hotel (the “Date”) on the evening of Saturday 26th/morning of Sunday 27th July 2008.

2. Taking Part in the Show

2.1 Muddy Matches Limited will choose the people who will be entered into the Show (the "Contestants"). The decision of Muddy Matches Limited is final.

2.2 Muddy Matches Limited reserves the right to remove people from the show at any time.

2.3 On being invited to be a Contestant and accepting, Applicants are expected to take part in the Show. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent them from taking part in the Show, Applicants must inform Muddy Matches Limited as soon as possible.

2.4 By applying to take part in the Show, the Applicants consent to take part in elimination rounds on Saturday 26th July 2008.

2.5 By applying to take part in the Show, the Applicants agree not to swear or be abusive on stage.

2.6 By applying to take part in the Show, the Applicants consent to take part in any reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from the Show.

2.7 At the end of the Show, the picker's decision is final.

3.1 Personal information collected from the Applicant is subject to our Privacy Policy.
